Sundays in the Summer
Today was yet another typical day of mine. Except it was a Sunday. Sunday has been considered an important day of my life since I was born. Mostly because I was forced to go to church every Sunday, but it has continued to be a very important day in my life. Sunday now days is a day to sit around, relax, and simply reflect on where my life is at the moment. For example I have cleaned my room, hung out with a couple friends, and I am now relaxing in bed with a cup of coffee while blogging. It's become a Sunday routine of mine while I'm not working at Panera. It's a day that I consider special, and always will. It's the holy day; a day to really figure out what goals I have for the rest of the week. It's also a day to reflect on the week that I have already survived. Allow yourself a day each reflect and plan what goals you want to achieve in the next couple weeks. It's a good life enhancer that can effect your attitude the rest of the week.
Goodbye for now. And enjoy your Sunday.

Hello, I'm M a r c u s. Nice to meet y o u.
Today is the start of a new blog. As in today I mean about 1:04 AM on Sunday, June 29th, 2014. My name is Marcus. And today was a very normal day in my 18 year old life. I wake everyday not knowing what to expect, but I have high expectations each an everyday of my life. It is a major pet peeve of mine to let a day go wasted.
I guess I should tell a little bit about myself an my personal journey. I grew up in a pretty typical midwestern town called Springfield, Illinois. This town has been the center of my life since I was born, and I crave something different. I went to high school in the rural town called Pleasant Plains. Pleasant Plains is a little town of about 800, 20 minutes west of Springfield. My entire life since third grade has been Pleasant Plains. Including friends, social events, sports, academics and most importantly music. Music is something that is very special to me, and I almost treat it like its apart of me. You will learn quickly my friends are very different from each other. I enjoy diversity in my personal surroundings. This specific term is not something I have received in Springfield, nor Pleasant Plains. Which is why I would like to see the world, and really experience something different. Make your life not be boaring. This is something we all can achieve, as long as we stick with a positive attitude of life itself. Your attitude in something that plays a major role in your life. Always remember a positive attitude leads to a positive life.
Much more to come. Hang tight.
